For conferences, I also deliver individual speaker clips clean enough for website use. For galas and celebrations, I focus on the atmosphere, the crowd energy, and the moments between moments.
Same-day delivery of a short social media cut — 60 to 90 seconds, formatted for Instagram and Facebook — is available for events where your communications team needs content immediately. The full edited package follows within two to three weeks.
Corporate conferences and summits
I have filmed and photographed multi-day conferences at the Santa Fe Community Convention Center, La Fonda on the Plaza, Eldorado Hotel, and Bishop's Lodge. For keynotes and panel events, I position camera and audio to capture clean speaker footage without disrupting sightlines. Between sessions, I document the hallway networking, the sponsor interactions, and the energy of a room full of people who came here for a reason.
Conference video packages typically include individual speaker cuts, a full conference recap reel, and b-roll packages for use in future marketing. For events with press coverage, I can deliver edited clips within hours of the event's conclusion.
Galas, fundraisers, and private events
