Corporate events in Albuquerque
The bulk of my Albuquerque corporate work falls into four categories: annual meetings and all-hands events, company retreats and off-sites, ribbon cuttings and grand openings, and conference coverage at the Albuquerque Convention Center and hotel venues along I-25.
For multi-day events, I coordinate with your internal communications team or event planner to build a coverage schedule before the first day. Every major moment gets flagged — the keynote, the awards, the group dinner, the team-building activity. I shoot what matters and stay out of the way of what doesn't.
Same-day delivery of social media selects is available for events where your team needs content immediately after. The full edited gallery follows within one week. All images and video clips come with unlimited commercial usage rights.
Private events and celebrations
Milestone birthdays, retirement parties, holiday dinners, and private celebrations in Albuquerque all benefit from the same coverage approach as corporate events — documentary, candid, focused on the real moments rather than the posed ones. I work with event hosts who want images they will actually use, not a folder of blurry phone-camera alternatives.
Private event sessions start at $500 for up to three hours. Larger events and multiple-venue coverage are quoted individually. I serve the full Albuquerque metro — from the Heights to the Westside, Old Town to Nob Hill, and the surrounding communities.
Ribbon cuttings and grand openings
Ribbon cutting and grand opening photography in Albuquerque requires efficiency. These events move fast, involve multiple stakeholders, and produce content that ends up in local press, Google Business profiles, and investor communications. I arrive early, photograph the space before the crowd arrives, photograph the ceremony itself — including the moment of the cut — and document the crowd and branded elements immediately after.
Deliverables include a press-ready set of edited images within 24 hours and a full gallery within one week. Tech retreats and off-sites
Albuquerque's tech sector — concentrated in the Innovate ABQ corridor and along the Mesa del Sol development — regularly hosts off-site retreats at properties around the state. I have photographed tech company retreats at venues ranging from Tamaya Resort in Bernalillo to private properties in the East Mountains. These events require a relaxed, candid approach — leadership doesn't want their team feeling like they're on a photo shoot during their off-site. I blend into the schedule and document what happens naturally.
